Work Setting: Hybrid - On Site and Telework. Position will be 2 days remote with 3 days (manager’s decision of required days on site) required to be onsite at the location

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct cost/benefit analyses of proposed systems and alternative solutions to support informed decision-making and resource allocation

• Stay current with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and enterprise architecture principles to recommend innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals

- Experience with analyzing and documenting business processes, including current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) process flows and data flow diagrams (8+ years)
- Experience with data analysis and documentation, including profiling, validation, source-to-target mapping, and documentation of data elements, definitions, business rules, and data lineage (8+ years)
- Experience with writing and interpreting complex SQL (queries, joins, aggregations) for data analysis, validation, and ad hoc investigation against relational databases (8+ years)
- Experience with eliciting, clarifying, and validating business requirements through workshops, interviews, and facilitated sessions (8+ years)
- Experience with translating business requirements into functional/data requirements documents and business requirement documents (BRDs) for technical teams (8+ years)
