Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid, position will be 2 days remote with 3 days (Wed, Thurs & Fri) required to be onsite.

Required:
Availability to work 3 days per week at the Client's site in Austin, TX.
• Experience with Angular
• Experience with C#
• Experience with ASP.NET
• Experience with Oracle Database
• Experience with computer programming, analysis, and development of complex business processes and system solutions (7+ years)
• Experience with coding, testing, and debugging software in development or requiring support for issue resolution, performance, or enhancement (7+ years)
• Experience with logical program and systems design, including preparation of program specifications (7+ years)
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodology for solution delivery (7+ years)
• Experience with IT architectural concepts and emerging technology trends applied to infrastructure and organizational strategy (7+ years)
• Experience with data integrity protection tools, techniques, and technology standards and procedures (7+ years)

Preferred:
• Experience with agency information architecture and information management methodologies (2+ years)
• Experience with software technology, and software architecture and infrastructure components (global, regional, and local) (2+ years)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Research, design, implement, and manage software programs
• Test and evaluate new programs
• Work closely with other developers, UX designers, and business and systems analysts
• Design, code, and modify complex computer programs, subroutines, triggers, stored procedures, objects, classes, and scripts
• Perform testing, including generation of test data, writing test scripts and execution sequences, examining test results, and debugging detected errors
• Apply current software development methods and techniques and established development standards, including programming, documentation, and testing standards
• Participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and system/business requirements.
