Client Support Analyst (onsite)
14896 - Client Support Analyst (onsite) - Houston, TX
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Houston, TX.
• Experience with Post-deal client support in deregulated Natural Gas and Retail Energy markets (2+ years).
• Experience with Operational research and complex inquiry resolution.
• Experience with Commission inquiries, enrollment rejections, and billing resolutions.
• Experience with Early drop notifications and market change communications.
• Experience Managing multiple priorities while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• High School Diploma / GED.
Preferred:
• Financial Analysis experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's Degree.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary post-deal liaison between the Client, brokers, and the Sales Team.
• Resolve post-deal inquiries including enrollment issues, billing inquiries, regulatory complaints, tax exemptions, and early termination scenarios.
• Conduct thorough operational research to resolve complex inquiries across deregulated markets.
• Handle commission inquiries, enrollment rejections, billing resolutions, early drop notifications, and market change communications.
• Engage in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration while communicating deliverables and status updates to leadership.
• Monitor and track SLA compliance across assigned accounts, escalating at-risk inquiries to leadership before deadlines are missed.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and inquiry logs to support audit trails, trend analysis, and reporting on recurring issue types.
