Work Setting: Onsite in office in Juno Beach, or on construction sites, travel is included and it varies depending on where the site is, but it’s flexible as to the amount of travel.

Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
- Experience reading and interpreting project schedules, estimates, or technical documentation;
- Experience in a professional or cross-functional team environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with utility-scale solar and/or energy storage projects;
- Experience with project estimating or related engineering/construction support (1-2 years);
- Experience with project scheduling or cost-tracking tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Procore)
- Experience in a client-facing or multi-stakeholder coordination role.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day coordination of utility-scale solar and energy storage construction projects located across the U.S.;
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and analysts to track project progress and deliverables;
- Assist in monitoring project schedules, budgets, and estimating activities;
- Build understanding of project workflows and support day-to-day project management processes;
- Travel to construction project sites as needed to support on-site activities (travel varies by project location);
- Work from the Juno Beach, FL office when not traveling to project sites;
- Develop toward a Project Manager career path through hands-on training and mentorship.
