Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
  • Experience with Business Analyst work supporting technology or business transformation initiatives (5+ years);
  • Experience with requirements gathering and business process documentation;
  • Experience with Agile project delivery environments;
  • Experience with cross-functional business and technology teams;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and business analysis tools;

Preferred:
  • Experience with CIS (Customer Information System);
  • Experience with Electric Office (EO) or similar engineering/design systems;
  • Experience with SAP/CAMS (asset/billing systems);
  • Experience with WMS (Work Management Systems);
  • Experience with Salesforce;
  • Experience with GIS;
  • Experience with utility, field operations, asset management, or customer service initiatives;
  • Experience with system integrations and data management concepts;

Responsibilities:
  • Gather, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with business, IT, and vendor teams;
  • Analyze and document current and future-state business processes;
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities;
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to identify risks, issues, dependencies, and business impacts;
  • Assist with system integration efforts and cross-functional process improvements;
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development and defect tracking;
