Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
- Experience with Business Analyst work supporting technology or business transformation initiatives (5+ years);
- Experience with requirements gathering and business process documentation;
- Experience with Agile project delivery environments;
- Experience with cross-functional business and technology teams;
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and business analysis tools;
Preferred:
- Experience with CIS (Customer Information System);
- Experience with Electric Office (EO) or similar engineering/design systems;
- Experience with SAP/CAMS (asset/billing systems);
- Experience with WMS (Work Management Systems);
- Experience with Salesforce;
- Experience with GIS;
- Experience with utility, field operations, asset management, or customer service initiatives;
- Experience with system integrations and data management concepts;
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with business, IT, and vendor teams;
- Analyze and document current and future-state business processes;
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities;
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify risks, issues, dependencies, and business impacts;
- Assist with system integration efforts and cross-functional process improvements;
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development and defect tracking;
