Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Civil engineering experience (11-15 years);
• Experience with utility-scale solar, battery energy storage system (BESS), substation, or large infrastructure projects;
• Experience with grading, drainage, stormwater, permitting, and construction support;
• Experience managing external engineering firms and EPC contractors;
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Preferred:
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead civil due diligence reviews (ALTA, geotechnical, environmental, permitting, drainage, grading);
• Manage and review EOR deliverables through design milestones (30/60/90/IFC);
• Support project development, constructability reviews, CAPEX estimates, and value engineering;
• Coordinate with EORs, EPCs, surveyors, geotechnical consultants, and internal engineering teams;
• Review RFIs, change orders, and construction issues through project execution;
• Support hydrology, drainage, roadway, grading, and other site development activities;
• Provide technical leadership for utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects.
