Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
- Experience with gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements;
- Experience with developing user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria;
- Experience with analyzing APIs, JSON payloads, system integrations, and data flows;
- Experience with writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting;
- Experience with supporting UAT, defect resolution, and production readiness activities;
- Experience with Agile methodology, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Preferred:
- Experience with document management platforms, SharePoint, and metadata management;
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, or similar tools.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements;
- Develop user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria;
- Support Tax and IT stakeholders across multiple initiatives;
- Analyze APIs, JSON payloads, system integrations, and data flows;
- Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting;
- Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
- Support UAT, defect resolution, and production readiness activities.
