Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience with data analysis, including identifying trends, anomalies, gaps, and actionable insights within complex datasets;
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Platform Analytics, including reporting, dashboards, IT operational KPIs, indicators, and scorecards;
• Experience with tracking, validating, and interpreting IT operational performance metrics and identifying areas requiring follow-up;
• Experience with PowerPoint, including creating, updating, managing, and quality-checking executive-level presentations;
• Experience with data storytelling, turning complex data and operational information into clear, leadership-ready insights and presentations;
• Experience with executive-level reporting, synthesizing complex operational data, metrics, trends, and business context into concise deliverables for Director- and VP-level audiences;
• Experience with cross-tower synthesis, gathering and connecting information across multiple IT operational towers, teams, and data sources;
• Experience with IT Operations or technology environments, including operational performance, dependencies, and key metrics;
• Experience with executive narrative development, structuring key messages for leadership audiences;
Responsibilities:
• Analyze IT operational data to identify trends, anomalies, gaps, and actionable insights across multiple data sources;
• Build and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Platform Analytics dashboards, reports, and scorecards tracking IT operational KPIs;
• Track, validate, and interpret IT operational performance metrics, flagging areas requiring attention or follow-up;
• Create, update, and quality-check executive-level PowerPoint presentations and decks;
• Translate complex data and operational information into clear, leadership-ready insights and presentations;
• Synthesize information across multiple IT operational towers, teams, and data sources into a cohesive view of performance, dependencies, and impacts for Director- and VP-level audiences;
• Partner with IT Operations leadership to shape reporting narratives, structure key messages, and surface risks, trends, and opportunities.
