Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
• Project management experience (6+ years)
• Experience in business & technology transformation initiative leadership
• AI/automation transformation project experience
• Experience with comprehensive project plans and implementation roadmaps.
• Experience with Project execution and delivery within budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals.

Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and implementation roadmaps.
• Manage project budgets, capital funding, resource forecasts, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead organizational process improvement and transformation initiative.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, digital enablement, and operational optimization.
• Support the cross-functional design and implementation of future-state operating models.
• Evaluate impacts to people, processes, technology, and performance measures.
