Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer;
• Experience in sourcing and engaging hard-to-reach and niche talent;
• Experience with sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS systems;
• Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred:
• Experience in recruiting in both agency and corporate settings.
Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer;
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies;
• Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media, networking, and creative outreach;
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles;
• Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit;
• Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions;
• Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations;
