Work Setting: Hybrid - On Site and Telework. Position will be 2 days remote with 3 days (Wed, Thurs & Fri) required to be onsite

Required:
• Experience with database management systems, as well as data warehouse management and decision support tools (5 years)
• Experience in business objects and in building the data dictionary (5 years)
• Experience with data base access tools for application delivery (5 years)
• Experience with analysis, planning and management reporting functions (5 years)
• Well-developed oral and written communications skills (5 years)
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills (5 years)
• Extremely high level of analytical ability where problems are very unusual and extremely difficult (5 year)
• Experience with benchmarking processes and techniques (5 years)
• Very high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output (5 years)
• Experience with Data Warehousing data population and data modeling techniques for target structures such as Star Schemas, Snowflake Schemas, and highly normalized data models (5 years)
• Experience with GUI based ETL tools such as Informatica, IBM WebSphere DataStage, or similar tools. (5 years)
• Experience with enterprise class databases e.g. Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, etc. or similar technologies. (5 years)
• Experience with analytical and reporting tools e.g. Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, MicroStrategy or similar tools. (5 years)
• Experience with data warehouse implementation process, from business requirements through logical modeling, physical database design, data sourcing and data transformation, data loading, Structured Query Language (SQL), end-user tools, database and SQL pe (5 years)
• Experience with analytical and reporting tools e.g. Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, MicroStrategy or similar tools. (5 years)
• Excellent analytical; problem-solving; team playing; and oral and written communication skills. (5 years)
• Experience working with technical and non-technical groups and managing multiple responsibilities. (5 years)
Preferred:
• Oracle Database experience (5 years)
• Experience in the development, implementation and maintenance of data warehouses and data marts (5 years)
• PowerBI report creation (5 years)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead the end-to-end data warehouse implementation lifecycle, translating business requirements into logical models, physical database designs, and deployed data marts using Star, Snowflake, and normalized schemas
• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using enterprise tools (e.g., Informatica, DataStage) and administer enterprise-class databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata) to ensure efficient data sourcing, transformation, and loading
• Design, build, and deliver advanced analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI, Business Objects, Cognos, or MicroStrategy to support management reporting and strategic decision-making
• Administer database management systems and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries and metadata standards to ensure data integrity, governance, and optimal query performance
• Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve highly complex, unusual data challenges, utilizing benchmarking techniques to optimize system performance and data delivery
• Drive analysis, planning, and management reporting functions by leveraging database access tools and decision support systems to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, motivating team members and facilitating cross-functional efforts to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality data solutions
