Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Jupiter West, FL (required);
- Experience in project management;
- Experience supporting AI driven solutions;
- Experience with IT Nuclear project controls;
- Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of a new AI-driven solution for IT Nuclear Project Controls;
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and status reporting across the project lifecycle;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to align on scope and deliverables;
- Track project risks, issues, and action items, escalating and resolving as needed to keep delivery on track;
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to support iterative solution delivery;
- Manage project documentation, including plans, status reports, and controls artifacts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility;
- Communicate project progress, milestones, and risks to leadership and key stakeholders on a regular basis.
