Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
- Experience with supply chain/procurement processes (1+ years);
- Experience preparing sourcing agreements and contract terms and conditions;
- Experience analyzing bid responses and developing supplier recommendations for contract award;
- Experience conducting sourcing negotiations;
- Experience with supplier performance management and industry/market analysis;
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel;
Preferred:
- Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field;
Responsibilities:
- Execute the sourcing process for assigned business areas and administer policies and programs for contracted services and materials;
- Prepare sourcing agreements with limited changes to standard terms and conditions;
- Analyze bid responses, distill commercial differences, and recommend suppliers for contract award;
- Conduct negotiations and lead or participate on sourcing project teams;
- Communicate sourcing strategy, progress, and results to supervision and management;
- Develop and maintain relationships with business units and suppliers, and evaluate supplier performance and industry trends;
- Provide market data to support supplier selection and qualification, and assist in managing external spend;
