Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL(required);
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (required);
- Experience with data science (2-4+ years);
- Experience developing production-grade analytical tools and applications;
Preferred:
- Experience with data science in a GIS environment (4+ years);
- Experience with Esri technologies such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcPy, the ArcGIS API for Python, ArcGIS REST APIs, and ArcGIS Maps SDKs;
- Experience developing custom geoprocessing tools, Python toolboxes, web-based mapping applications, dashboards, widgets, and extensions;
- Experience with automated spatial analysis workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable GIS tools, analytical applications, spatial data products, and reusable geoprocessing capabilities;
- Lead complex spatial analytics efforts and mentor less-experienced data scientists;
- Collaborate with GIS teams and business leaders to translate geospatial data into actionable insights;
- Establish technical standards and development frameworks;
- Guide the architecture of enterprise geospatial solutions;
- Develop and oversee spatial data pipelines, APIs, and automation workflows;
- Integrate GIS capabilities with cloud platforms, enterprise data systems, and AI services.
