Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Austin, TX (required);
- Experience with Product Owner / business-side requirements ownership, partnering with business stakeholders and IT/technical Product Owners to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements (3+ years);
- Experience with agile backlog ownership, including user story authorship and refinement, acceptance criteria development, and agile planning and backlog development;
- Experience with AI-enabled Business Analyst/Product Owner tooling;
- Experience with government/public-sector or transportation-domain delivery;
- Experience with leveraging AI-enabled tools to develop business requirements, analyze and interpret technical documentation, refine user stories, and support agile planning and backlog development;
- Product Owner certification — CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM (active, listed on resume)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and technical product owners to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements;
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to develop business requirements and enhance productivity and quality;
- Analyze and interpret technical documentation using AI-enabled approaches;
- Refine user stories to support agile delivery teams;
- Support agile planning and backlog development activities;
- Bridge the gap between business and technology teams throughout the product lifecycle;
- Drive successful delivery outcomes across business and technical stakeholder groups.
