Field Project Coordinator (onsite, 10% of travel)
14830 – Field Project Coordinator (onsite, 10% of travel) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. With travel to sites to assist with initial catastrophic turbine assessments (5-10%)

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience with project coordination, including developing action plans for resources, budgets, and timeframes;
• Experience with project scheduling and risk management;
• Experience with budget monitoring and cost control;
• Experience with project documentation management, including proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and project filing;
• Experience with project management tools;
• Experience with identifying and resolving technical issues on projects;
Preferred:
• Experience with schedule management (Smartsheet);
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Experience with SAP;
• Experience with Maximo.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Work closely with project managers to create action plans for resources, budgets, and timeframes;
• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements as needed;
• Evaluate potential problems and technical issues and develop solutions;
• Plan and manage team goals and project schedules; supervise current projects and coordinate team members to keep workflow on track;
• Manage project paperwork and prepare and review correspondence, including proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails;
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives;
• Monitor expenses to adhere to budget and implement cost-saving measures;
• Travel to sites to assist with initial catastrophic turbine assessments (5-10%).
