Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Occasional travel may be required to project locations and to support Development with local public hearings.

Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL.
- Experience with Project management, with a focus on engineering, economics, or construction (5+ years);
- Experience with Advanced Microsoft Excel;
- Experience with Financial modeling;
- Experience with Six Sigma;
- Project Management Professional (PMP);
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Preferred:

- Experience with Renewable energy projects, particularly electricity markets, renewables, and battery projects.
Responsibilities:

- Lead advanced preāconstruction planning and optimization for utilityāscale BESS projects, integrating engineering design, financial modeling, procurement strategy, and regulatory constraints to support executive investment decisions;
- Manage critical coordination of highly matrixed project development teams to ensure resources are focused on the right activities to meet project schedules;
- Coordinate with environmental, regulatory, cultural, land acquisition, interconnection, and other project variables to ensure comprehensive project development;
- Develop and optimize the project's technical scope and variables to improve both technical and financial feasibility;
- Support origination and development teams with PPA and GIA negotiations, as well as jurisdictional requirements;
- Coordinate engineering, estimating, and procurement needs to support the development of financial models and project designs;
- Actively seek out and leverage market data to ensure the financial model is robust.
