Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens FL (required);
- IT project management experience with complex project management (7+ years)
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar project management platforms;
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed organization;
- Experience in risk management and problem resolution;
- Experience in budget oversight and financial accountability;
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
- PMP certification or equivalent;
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Experience in the energy, utilities, or regulated industry sector;
- Experience with Exchange Online mail flow, SMTP relay modernization, OAuth 2.0, and DMARC/DKIM configurations;
- Experience managing SharePoint migrations, governance frameworks, and information architecture;
- Experience in project delivery involving Teams governance, licensing, and meeting infrastructure;
- Experience managing offshore delivery teams;
- Agile/Scrum or SAFe certification.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consolidated view of all assigned IT project workstreams, milestones, and dependencies
- Proactively identify and resolve schedule risks across vendor and internal PM teams
- Own the IT risk and issues register; escalate critical risks to ITN leadership in a timely, structured manner
- Develop and deliver regular status reports to ITN and nuclear business leadership
- Translate technical project updates into clear, leadership-ready reporting
- Ensure all assigned projects adhere to NextEra IT delivery standards and governance frameworks
- Conduct governance reviews to identify and close delivery gaps
