Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL.
• Experience with Scrum Master or Agile Coach on enterprise-scale initiatives (5+ years).
• Experience with Leading teams through large-scale ERP implementations, system integrations, or digital transformations.
• Experience with Jira.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Rally.
• Experience with VersionOne.
• Experience with Waterfall/Phase-Gate methodologies.
• Experience with Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews).
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred:
• Experience with Regulated industries (utilities, energy, finance).
• Experience with Financial Operations programs (AP/invoice processing, financial close, audit-related technology initiatives).
• Experience with Supply Chain programs (procurement, materials management, inventory, or ERP-integrated planning platforms such as SAP MM/WM, Kinaxis, or GEP).
• Experience with Change management and organizational development.
• Experience with Delivering initiatives valued at $50M+ with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with Utility or energy sector.
• SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Professional-ScrumMaster (CSP-SM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), ICAgile Certified Professional-Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC).

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews) for one or more high-performing teams.
• Coach Product Owners, team members, and stakeholders on Agile principles and delivery practices.
• Track and report team velocity, burn-down charts, impediments, and sprint goal achievement.
• Navigate hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models and stage-gate governance as required.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across multi-team work streams.
• Translate delivery status into executive-level insights for leadership and SteerCo audiences.
• Lead retrospectives that produce actionable, measurable outcomes.
