Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
- Experience with organizational change management (OCM) principles, methods, and practices (3-5 years);
- Experience with project or program leadership/management (1-3 years);
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint;
- Experience with change management activities spanning people, processes, and technology across IT project types (e.g., enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, software development, digital transformation);
- Experience with developing OCM artifacts such as change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, resistance management plans, communication and training plans, and post-implementation sustainment plans;
- Experience with PMBOK principles, methods, and tools;
- Experience with adult learning and instructional theories;
- Experience collaborating with IT project managers, solution architects, and technical teams on organizational impact assessments;
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Serve as the OCM workstream lead for IT projects, coordinating tasks, monitoring daily execution, performing quality reviews, and providing status reports;
- Develop and maintain IT-specific OCM artifacts including change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, resistance management plans, and post-implementation sustainment plans;
- Collaborate with IT project managers, solution architects, and technical teams to assess organizational impact of system changes and develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans;
- Support OCM activities across IT project types including enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, software development projects, and digital transformation efforts;
- Review and provide constructive feedback on all OCM deliverables, ensuring alignment with project requirements, quality standards, timelines, and budget;
- Participate in and facilitate OCM workstream meetings, workshops, and implementation activities;
- Track key project milestones for all projects with an OCM component and assist in identifying, prioritizing, and communicating opportunities to achieve project goals;
