Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL(required);
- Experience with high-voltage transmission and substation project management;
- Experience managing capital projects exceeding $100 million in budget;
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across Development, Land, Environmental, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations;
- Experience preparing RFP packages to source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services;
- Experience with project scope, schedule, and budget integration;
- Availability to travel domestically and to Canada (~25%);
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Preferred:
- PMP Certification;
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of project scope, budget, schedule, procurement, engineering, permitting, and land plans to ensure projects are execution-ready;
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through pre-construction activities across Development, Land, Environmental, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations;
- Manage integration across project scope, schedule, and budget;
- Prepare RFP packages to competitively source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services;
- Support Estimating with detailed scope and assumptions for financial models;
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies;
- Provide progress, issue, and risk updates to management;
