Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% onsite at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL. No telecommuting or remote work. Non-negotiable.

Required:
- Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining applications and business intelligence with similar size and complexity (7+ years);
- Experience developing and implementing customized Microsoft .NET (Visual Studios 2019 or higher) applications using SQL Server database (RDBMS) (7+ years);
- Experience with development and release management using multiple code branches in Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS) (7+ years);
- Experience programming in C#, .Net, ASP.NET, Microsoft Framework 4, HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, MS SQL Server, MVC, WCF, WEBAPI, Entity Framework, nHibernate and latest Microsoft Technologies (7+ years);
- Eprogramming in C#, .NET Core (6.0+), ASP Identity Core, Azure AD/B2C, BootStrap5, ReactJS, EF Core (6.0+), MVC 5, REST API, WEBAPI (5+ years);
- Experience architecting and building highly scalable web applications within Agile team environments (7+ years);
- Experience utilizing modern frontend technologies, specifically the React framework and utility-first design systems like Tailwind CSS (7+ years);
- Experience in developing and deploying robust, data-driven REST API applications and underlying backend architectures (5+ years);
- Experience in proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot) to streamline development, optimize workflows, and accelerate delivery lifecycles without compromising code quality (2+ years);
- Experience in the use of Google map API’s and other geocoding applications (7+ years)
- Experience in workflow and routing (7+ years)
- Experience in SSRS Reports, SSIS and GrapeCity Active Reports (7+ years)
- Experience in developing WCF application server and implementing Web API’s (7+ years)
- Experience in angularJS, jquery, json, Bootstrap and MVC (7+ years)
- Experience programming imaging toolkit like gdPicture (7+ years)
- Experience with version control, branching, release management and code management using TFS/Git (7+ years)
- Experience with managing source code using GitHub, including branching strategies (GitFlow), pull requests, and code reviews to ensure codebase integrity (7+ years)
- Experience with building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines (using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) to streamline testing and deployment (7+ years)
- Experience generating reports using SSRS/Active Reports (7+ years)
- Experience with a Form Builder Application (7+ years)
- Experience implementing systems using role-based security (7+ years)
- Experience implementing 3-Tier Architecture solutions (7+ years)
- Experience with Florida Direct Certification (FDC) Application;
- Experience with Florida Automated Nutrition System (FANS) Application;
- Experience with Admin Review (AR) Application;
- Experience with PartnerBridgeAPI Application;
- Experience with Azure/AWS Cloud Services;
- CJIS certification;
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Programming, or another related Information Technology field.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide analysis, development, modification, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software applications;
- Evaluate software packages, application deployment, modifying and debugging source code, utilities, and packages;
- Prepare technical documentation for software applications;
- Provide application development related tasks for business processes performed by the Client or that are expected to result from new business needs and/or legislative changes;
- Complete a series of tasks needed for the FANS modernization project and the maintenance of applications;
- Work full-time with Client staff to understand the intended business needs and technical requirements of tasks necessary to ensure deliverables are met and conform to standards;
- Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, design/development/testing meetings, technical documentation reviews, code reviews, and/or testing.
