Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
- Experience as a lead full-stack developer (15+ years);
- Experience with Microsoft .NET (C#, VB.NET), ASP.NET/MVC, WCF/Web API, and ASP.NET Web Forms;
- Experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Knockout, or React, along with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design;
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML for system integrations;
- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming and designing scalable, maintainable full-stack solutions;
- Experience with relational databases such as Azure SQL Server, including query writing and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework;
- Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment in Microsoft Azure (hosting, identity, storage, integration);
- Experience with translating business requirements and wireframes into functional, user-friendly applications, including UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG);
- Experience with agile development methodologies and creating/executing test plans (unit, functional, UI testing);
Preferred:
- Experience with production support and incident triage for full-stack applications, including root-cause analysis;
- Experience with financial systems such as PeopleSoft ERP;
- Experience with the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) system and budget management;
- Experience with agency Financial Management (FM) systems, including Work Program Administration, Project Costing, and Federal Aid/Federal Billing subsystems;
- Experience with the Florida PALM system, including chart of accounts and business process models;
- Experience with mainframe systems and supporting software such as CICS, TSO, and ISPF;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support custom full-stack applications supporting business operations;
- Participate in business discovery sessions with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into working software;
- Partner with the technical lead on solution architecture, technical design, code review, and coding standards;
- Deliver production-ready features end-to-end, from analysis and design through deployment and post-deployment support;
- Provide production support and incident triage on a rotational basis, including root-cause analysis;
- Build and maintain user interfaces using React (or comparable frameworks) and back-end services using .NET/C#/ASP.NET Core deployed on Azure;
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations across enterprise systems, and maintain application documentation and deployment runbooks;
