Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Experience leading M365 implementations (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Experience leading IT projects, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing technical implementations. (6-10 years)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Experience in Agile project management, IT governance, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Provides formalized leadership and continuing work direction to assigned teams, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
- Oversees the installation of IT projects across multiple business areas, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology strategies.
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
- Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution.
- Also responsible for employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management.
- Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas.
