14381 - Human-Centered Design Consultant (onsite) – Jupiter West, FL

Required:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Jupiter West, FL;
• Experience with User research (interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing, surveys) (7+ years);
• Experience with Qualitative and quantitative research;
• Experience with Enterprise tools and workflows;
• Experience with Human-Centered Design (HCD) process mapping;
• Experience with Process improvement.

• Experience with Figma;
• Experience with Jira.

• Plan and execute user research (interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing, surveys);
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights and improvement opportunities;
• Create key deliverables (personas, journey maps, insight summaries, usability reports);
• Drive experience strategy and support application vision, workflows, and navigation;
• Develop and maintain HCD process maps aligned to business goals;
• Recommend process improvement to optimize workflows and UX outcomes;
• Partner with business, design, and engineering teams to translate insights into action.
