14685 - Business Analyst (Onsite) - Tallahassee, FL
Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
Experience with business analysis;
Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation;
Experience with creating Visio process maps, requirements traceability matrices, and use cases;
Experience with creating and validating detailed functional specifications;
Experience with translating business requirements into technical specifications;
Experience with data migration rules, business rules, and wireframes delivery;
Experience with business process redesign and documentation;
Experience with research into application development issues and products;
Experience preparing reports, correspondence, guidelines, and Power Point presentations;
Experience working on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader.
Understand business change needs, assessing the business impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing, and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders;
Lead requirements definitions meetings with customers;
Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding;
Gather, analyze, document, and validate user requirements;
Create Visio process maps, requirements traceability matrices, use cases, and other business analysis documentation appropriate to the specifically assigned project needs;
Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders;
Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications
