Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Onsite


Required:
  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
  • Large-scale transmission project experience and a paralegal background
  • Experience with contract review, document management;
  • Experience with end-to-end land processes for infrastructure or transmission projects (specify please)
  • Experience with contract review, document management, and organizational skills
  • Experience with process documentation and workflow development, including converting verbal input into structured written processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Experience with high volume data/info processing

Preferred:
  • Utility experience
  • Experience with GIS systems, county parcel data, eminent domain processes, or long-linear infrastructure/transmission project support
  • Experience with land data/document specialist roles, land management platforms, or training program development

Responsibilities:
  • Convert verbal input from meetings into clear, structured process documentation and workflows, editing live and refining with stakeholders;
  • Design, document, and continuously improve land workflows, procedures, and training materials to standardize processes and reduce risk;
  • Collaborate with Land, Legal, Title, Contracts, and Development teams to align project execution and ensure seamless workflow continuity;
  • Review land agreements (easements, options, etc.) and title documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all project phases;
  • Maintain accurate land data within tracking systems and databases, performing data validation, consistency checks, and multi-item tracking;
  • Manage and quality-check land agreement requests within Salesforce or similar systems and generate reports;
  • Deliver training and support to team members on standardized processes and tools.
