Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience in Database Engineering & Technology project management
• Experience with Enterprise database lifecycle and modernization.
• Experience with Database patching and maintenance program coordination.
• Experience in Cloud adoption for database platforms.
• Experience with AI and intelligent automation for database operations.
• Experience with Database standards, governance, and reference architectures.
• Experience in Project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience in KPI and success criteria definition.
• Experience in Vendor and professional services coordination.
• Experience in Cybersecurity and change management alignment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead complex, enterprise-level Database Engineering and technology projects from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, and operational transition.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, risks, issues, and executive-level status reporting.
• Coordinate initiatives across Database Engineering, Application Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, and Service Management organizations.
• Drive enterprise database lifecycle and modernization initiatives, including technology upgrades, migrations, platform refreshes, end-of-life remediation, cloud adoption, and technical debt reduction.
• Coordinate enterprise database patching and maintenance programs, ensuring planning, testing, scheduling, risk management, communications, and completion tracking.
• Lead projects for development, implementation, and adoption of database standards, engineering guidelines, reference architectures, and governance processes.
• Manage evaluation, onboarding, implementation, and operationalization of new database technologies, products, platforms, and tools.
