Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Must be willing to work long shifts (10-12 hours per day), including nights and weekends, as required by the outage schedule; Travel to various plant locations for outages is required.

Associate Contract Coordinator
Required:
• Availability to work at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL and to travel to different Power Plant Locations in Florida (required).
• Experience with Maintenance, repair, or outage work at power plants (1+ years).
• Experience with Steam/Combustion turbine, HRSG, Boiler, or Valve maintenance oversight (Mechanical coordinator).
• Experience with Balance of Plant (BOP) equipment.
• Experience with Generator, Exciter, and Auxiliary equipment maintenance supervision (Electrical coordinator).
• Experience with Electrical Supervisor/Superintendent role.
• Experience with Grounding, medium/low voltage, and transformer hands-on work.
• Experience with Instrumentation control systems calibration, testing, and tuning (Instrument & Control coordinator).
• Experience with Distributive Control Systems (DCS) field work, including GE Mark 5/6 and Ovation.
• Experience with Commissioning and Startup of Distributive Control Systems (DCS).
• Experience with Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), electrical, and mechanical drawings.
• High school diploma or GED.
Preferred:
• Experience with P91 welding.
• Trade certification.
• Technical degree.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate the execution of maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities during planned and unplanned outages at fossil power plants.
• Ensure all contracted work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and company policies.
• Work closely with outage management, contractors, and engineers to ensure timely execution of outage tasks.
• Review work scopes, technical drawings, and schedules to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors performing mechanical, electrical, and structural work on power plant equipment, including turbines, boilers, piping, and auxiliary systems.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of work completed, delays, and any modifications made during the outage.
• Must be willing to work long shifts (10-12 hours per day), including nights and weekends, as required by the outage schedule.
