Type: Temporary Project.
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

QA Automation Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required).
• Experience in Quality Assurance and/or Business Analysis (7+ years).
• Experience with Agile Software Development (7+ years).
• Experience with Manual testing; validating system functionality by authoring test scenarios and executing manual checks against business requirements (7+ years).
• Experience with Automation testing; designing, writing, and executing automation test scripts using a variety of tools (Selenium or similar) to verify system functionality and find software bugs (7+ years).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS) (7+ years).
• Experience Conducting meetings with individuals and groups of people to discuss business processes (7+ years).
• Experience with Joint Application Development (JAD) techniques (7+ years).
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) (7+ years).
• Experience Designing, maintaining, and scaling custom automated testing frameworks from scratch (e.g., using Page Object Model) (7+ years).
• Experience Generating automation scripts and updating existing ones to align with ongoing UI shifts and new feature deployments (7+ years).
• Experience Translating functional specifications into technical specifications from which programmers can construct the solution (7+ years).
• Experience Translating information from meetings and written materials into process models and/or process flow models (7+ years).
• Experience with Working with various stakeholders and team members to understand requirements, understand data needs, and resolve issues (7+ years).
• Experience Creating technical documentation (7+ years).
• Experience with REST API and Microservices testing; executing endpoint validation, contract checks, and payload verification using Insomnia or similar API tools (5+ years).
• Experience Testing and validating REST APIs using tools like Postman, Insomnia, or other API testing tools.
• CJIS Certification.

QA Automation Preferred:
• Experience with FNW's business processes.
• Experience with Florida Direct Certification (FDC) Application.
• Experience with Florida Automated Nutrition System (FANS) Application.
• Experience with Admin Review Application (AR).
• Bachelor of Science degree in an Information Technology related field.

QA Automation Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.
• Perform test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test execution, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with staff.
• Provide quality assurance efforts for business processes performed by FNW or that are expected to result from new business needs and/or legislative changes.
• Complete a series of tasks needed for the FANS modernization project and the maintenance of FNW applications.
• Work full-time with Department staff to understand the intended business needs and technical requirements of tasks necessary to ensure deliverables are met and conform to Department standards.
• Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, design/development/testing meetings, technical documentation reviews, and testing.
• Design, maintain, and update automated test scripts and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Page Object Model) and validate REST APIs and microservices using Postman or Insomnia, so that testing stays aligned with UI changes and new feature deployments.

• Experience with IT business/industry work, business analysis on IT projects, Agile Software Development methodologies, and requirements gathering (7+ years);
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS) (7+ years);
• Experience with conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with client stakeholders and subject matter experts, and collaborating with QA teams, coordinating UAT schedules, and conducting UAT sessions (7+ years);
• Experience with translating business requirements into use cases/user stories and acceptance criteria, and functional specifications into technical specifications; deriving business process and data requirements from process and systems documentation (7+ years);
• Experience with translating meeting information and written materials into mock-ups, process models, and process flow models using diagram tools such as Microsoft Visio; creating technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and data dictionaries (7+ years);
• Experience with automation testing using Selenium or similar tools, including designing and maintaining custom automated testing frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model) and updating automation scripts for UI changes and new features (7+ years);
• Experience with manual testing and REST API/microservices testing using Postman, Insomnia, or similar API tools (5+ years);
• CJIS certification (to be obtained within 15 calendar days of start date) (required);

Business Analyst Preferred:
• Experience with food, nutrition, and wellness program business processes;
• Experience with the Florida Direct Certification (FDC) application;
• Experience with the Florida Automated Nutrition System (FANS) application;
• Experience with the Admin Review (AR) application;

Business Analyst Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Serve as a liaison between business owners, the contract manager, and the development team;
• Coordinate and facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions;
• Translate information from meetings and written materials into mock-ups, process models, and/or process flow models;
• Meet with stakeholders to discuss business processes;
• Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications;
• Assist with creating process flow models and documentation;
• Complete tasks needed for application modernization and maintenance of existing applications;
