Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience with detailed manual document review, including identifying missing information, inconsistencies, unsupported claims, and documentation gaps;
• Experience with applying checklists, audit requirements, and project-specific review criteria;
• Experience with document control, file organization, version control, trackers, and audit-ready recordkeeping;
• Experience with reconciling information across multiple source documents.
Preferred:
• Experience with audit support, compliance documentation, document control, contract administration, or similar work requiring detailed manual review and validation of supporting documentation (3+ years);
• Experience with maintaining deficiency logs, document review trackers, and evidence packages for internal or external audit review;
• Experience with supporting renewable energy projects;
• Experience with tax credit documentation, domestic content requirements, procurement documentation, and origin/traceability records;
• Experience with Excel and document management tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, including maintaining trackers, document repositories, version history, and reporting dashboards.
Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed manual reviews of domestic content documentation, including contractor submissions, vendor records, compliance attestations, invoices, purchase documentation, manufacturer certifications, and origin/traceability records;
• Evaluate documents for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness, including signatures, dates, entity names, attachments, versions, and totals;
• Maintain document control practices by organizing submissions, applying naming conventions, tracking versions, and keeping files audit-ready;
• Document review outcomes, deficiencies, discrepancies, and unresolved risks in designated trackers, logs, and compliance systems;
• Issue deficiency notices and corrective action requests identifying the document gap, required resolution, responsible party, and due date;
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and project teams to resolve documentation gaps and support timely completion of compliance files;
• Prepare periodic status updates for management and support audit and compliance reviews by compiling requested documentation.
• Physical requirements: prolonged sitting or standing with intermittent kneeling or bending; walking on the job site on varied, uneven terrain and/or in varied temperatures and weather elements; lifting a minimum of 20 pounds at a time.
