Required (BA 7640):
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required).
- Experience with Information Technology (3+ years).
- Experience with Business analysis, requirements gathering, business process analysis, or systems analysis (2+ years).
- Experience with Eliciting, documenting, validating, and managing business requirements.
- Experience with Developing business, functional, or technical documentation.
- Experience with Working as a member of a project team supporting business or information technology initiatives.
- Experience with Facilitating meetings, workshops, interviews, or discussions with business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience with Working with the State or with other governments similar in size in terms of annual budget and full-time equivalent (FTE) employee count.
- Experience with Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) subsystem.
- Experience with Florida PALM project.
- Experience with Finance and accounting concepts.
- Experience with SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
- Experience with Visio or similar tools for process flow and workflow documentation.
- Experience with Interacting with business teams to communicate and clarify customer requirements.

- Experience with Preparing status reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and project documentation.

Responsibilities (BA 7640):
- Elicit, document, validate, and manage business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions.
- Conduct business process analysis, gap analysis, and root cause analysis to support process improvement and reengineering initiatives.
- Develop business, functional, and technical documentation, including process flows, workflow diagrams, and business rules using tools such as Visio.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on project deliverables.
- Serve as a member of a project team supporting business and IT initiatives, working under the direction of project managers or senior analysts.
- Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other project documentation to keep stakeholders informed.
- Collaborate with functional groups within the Accounting organization to communicate requirements and support financial reporting, reconciliations, and operational analysis needs.
Required (BPC 7620):
- Experience in IT (7+ years).
- Experience performing business process analysis, business process reengineering, process improvement, or organizational change initiatives (4+ years).
- Experience performing project management (2+ years).
- Experience working on large, complex enterprise-wide projects requiring coordination across multiple business units and stakeholders.
- Experience facilitating process improvement efforts involving multiple departments, agencies, or organizational units.
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.

- Experience interacting with functional groups within the Accounting organization to communicate and clarify customer requirements.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Document current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Support organizational change initiatives by keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout project execution.
- Interact with functional groups within the Accounting organization to communicate and clarify customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, policy documents, and position description documentation.
