14924 - NERC CIP Program Manager (Onsite) - Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project.
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
• Experience with Project or program management leading large-scale technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or operational projects (7+ years).
• Experience with Managing enterprise cybersecurity, network, infrastructure, SCADA, industrial controls, or Operational Technology (OT) initiatives.
• Experience with Coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical and business organizations.
• Experience with Project governance frameworks and tollgate processes.
• Experience with Budget management, risk registers, and resource planning.
• Experience with Vendor engagement, contracts, and statements of work (SOW) management.
• Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Identity Management.
• Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) deployments.
• Experience with Network segmentation and firewall modernization.
Preferred:
• Experience with Electric utility, power generation, critical infrastructure, industrial automation, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with NERC CIP compliance.
• Experience with Industrial cybersecurity.
• Experience with SCADA systems.
• Experience with Network infrastructure and control systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.
Responsibilities:
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of complex cybersecurity and technology projects across the generation division.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities across Operations, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, E&C, and third-party vendors.
• Drive project governance processes, tollgates, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, design reviews, and implementation planning sessions.
• Identify project risks and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track project scope, cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
