Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
- Experience with IT operations, enterprise application support, business analysis, or related technology roles (6+ years);
- Experience with supporting enterprise applications (SaaS, cloud-based, hybrid, and custom/in-house) across multiple business units, including vendor management and application lifecycle support;
- Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira administration and Usage, Confluence Documentation and Knowledge Management, Jira Service Management, workflow configuration and Process Automation, and Agile project/backlog management);
- Experience with identity and access management (Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, AD Domain Services, Azure Federated Services, SSO, and identity governance and Access Management Concepts);
- Experience with infrastructure and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, proxy, firewall, cybersecurity systems, Windows and Linux OS, F5 Big-IP load balancers, Virtual IP (VIP), and secure network architecture);
- Experience with integration and automation technologies (REST APIs, SOAP web services, application integration design, API authentication/middleware, Data Exchange Technologies, Power Platform, Power Automate, and business process/workflow automation including SharePoint Online, Multi-System Data Synchronization);
- Experience with AI and emerging technologies (Generative AI, LLMs, AI application integration, MCP concepts, and Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, AI-Powered Automation Solutions);
- Experience with data, reporting, and database technologies (SAP BI, Sisense, Power BI, SQL, Data Analysis and Reporting, Dashboard Creation and Visualization, Oracle, SQL Server, Progress, and data modeling Data Extraction and Analysis);
- Experience supporting Legal, Claims, Finance, Corporate Real Estate, Compliance, Asset Management, Land Management, or Risk Management applications;
- Experience with cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives;
- Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem technologies;
- Experience with enterprise architecture principles and application integration strategies;
- Experience supporting AI-enabled business solutions and automation platforms;
- Azure Fundamentals, Power Platform, or related professional certifications;
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support and administration for enterprise line-of-business applications, troubleshooting application, integration, data, and user access issues across multiple business units;
- Coordinate with software vendors, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, and external partners to resolve complex production issues;
- Lead application upgrades, migrations, patching initiatives, and enhancement projects across SaaS, cloud-hosted, on-premises, and hybrid environments;
- Serve as both a Functional and Technical Business Analyst, conducting stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design reviews;
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, process maps, and technical specifications;
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives, providing status reporting, risk management, and issue tracking across business units and technical teams;
- Identify and support opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, and Microsoft Copilot technologies to improve business operations;
