Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
- Experience with Leadership of Salesforce teams and technical resources;
- Experience with Enterprise-scale, multi-cloud and/or multi-org Salesforce;
- Experience with Salesforce architecture, governance, security, and platform operations;
- Experience with Vendor, Statement of Work (SOW), budget, and delivery performance oversight;
- Experience with Platform governance and delivery standards.
Preferred:
- Experience with Advanced Salesforce certifications and architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem spanning multiple business units;
- Drive platform governance, architecture, security, delivery standards, and long-term platform health;
- Provide leadership across internal teams and strategic partners;
- Oversee vendors, SOWs, budgets, and delivery performance;
- Bridge technical and business priorities and establish scalable standards;
- Communicate platform strategy, risk, and investment needs to both technical and executive stakeholders.
