Required for RFQ FNW 26 27 31:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
- Experience with Quality Assurance and/or Business Analysis (7+ years);
- Experience with Agile Software Development (7+ years);
- Experience in manual testing; validate system functionality by authoring (7+ years);
- test scenarios and executing manual checks against business requirements (7+ years);
- Experience in automation testing; designing, writing, and executing (7+ years);
- automation test scripts to verify system functionality and finding software bugs (7+ years);
- Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS) (7+ years);
- Experience with Joint Application Development (JAD) techniques (7+ years);
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) (7+ years);
- Experience in designing, maintaining, and scaling custom automated (7+ years);
- testing frameworks from scratch (e.g., using Page Object Model) (7+ years);
- Experience in automation testing; designing, writing, and executing automation test scripts using a variety of tools (Selenium or similar) to verify system functionality and find software bugs (7+ years);
- Experience in generating automation scripts and updating existing to align with ongoing UI shifts and new feature deployments (7+ years);
- Experience in REST API and Microservices testing; executing endpoint validation, contract checks, and payload verification using Insomnia or similar API tools (5´+ years);
- Experience in testing and validating REST APIs using tools like Postman, Insomnia, or other API testing tools (7+ years);
- Experience in translating functional specification into technical specification from which programmers can construct the solution (7+ years);
- Experience in translating the information from meetings and written materials into process models and/or process flow models.
- Experience with Florida Direct Certification (FDC) Application;
- Experience with Florida Automated Nutrition System (FANS) Application;
- Experience with Admin Review Application (AR).
Preferred for FNW 26 27 31:
- Bachelor of Science degree in an Information Technology related field.
Responsibilities (FNW 26 27 31) include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.
- Perform test planning, writing test cases/scripts, and test execution.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with staff.
- Provide quality assurance efforts for business processes performed by the Client or that are expected to result from new business needs and/or legislative changes.
- Complete a series of tasks needed for the FANS modernization project and the maintenance of application software.
- Work full-time with staff to understand the intended business needs and technical requirements of tasks necessary to ensure deliverables are met and conform to standards.
- Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, design/development/testing meetings, and technical documentation reviews.
Required for FNW 26 27 30:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
- Experience with business analysis on IT projects, including requirements gathering and translating business requirements into use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria (7+ years);
- Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies (7+ years);
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS) (7+ years);
- Experience conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with client stakeholders and subject matter experts (7+ years);
- Experience translating functional specifications into technical specifications and creating process flow models, mock-ups, and diagrams (e.g., using Microsoft Visio) (7+ years);
- Experience with automation testing, including designing and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts (e.g., Selenium, Page Object Model) (7+ years);
- Experience with manual testing, including authoring test scenarios and executing validation checks against business requirements (5+ years);
- Experience with REST API and Microservices testing, including endpoint validation and payload verification using tools such as Postman or Insomnia (5+ years);
- Experience creating technical documentation and standard operating procedures, and coordinating UAT schedules and sessions with business testers (7+ years);
Preferred for FNW 26 27 30:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);
- Experience deriving business process and data requirements from systems documentation and creating data dictionaries;
Responsibilities (FNW 26 27 30) include but are not limited to the following:
- Serve as a liaison between business owners, the contract manager, and the development team;
- Coordinate and facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions;
- Translate information from meetings and written materials into mock-ups, process models, and process flow models;
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss business processes;
- Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications;
- Assist with creating process flow models and documentation;
- Support application modernization efforts and ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
