Senior IT Project Manager (onsite)

Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Jupiter West, FL (required);
- IT project management experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs (8+ years)
- Vendor governance and oversight experience
- Experience with SOW/PO management, budget forecasting, variance management (≤5% target)
- Experience with GRC reviews and procurement in regulated environments
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and/or Power BI
Preferred:
- Nuclear or large-scale utility site project experience
- Experience with Client’s IT delivery standards
- Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery experience
- Experience in highly regulated industries (nuclear, utilities, or energy)
- PMP or equivalent certification
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consolidated view of all assigned IT project workstreams, milestones, and dependencies
- Proactively identify and resolve schedule risks across vendor and internal PM teams
- Own the IT risk and issues register; escalate critical risks to ITN leadership in a timely, structured manner
- Develop and deliver regular status reports to ITN and nuclear business leadership
- Translate technical project updates into clear, leadership-ready reporting
- Ensure all assigned projects adhere to NextEra IT delivery standards and governance frameworks
- Conduct governance reviews to identify and close delivery gaps
