Required:
Experience with software development, application integration, and system analysis (5+ years);
Experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, JavaScript (AJAX, jQuery), HTML5/CSS3, XML, and JSON;
Experience with SQL Server including queries, database objects, performance tuning, and reporting;
Experience with the full Microsoft stack (.NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server);
Experience with Student Information Systems and educational applications;
Experience with source control, build tools, SQL Server Management Studio, and Microsoft Office
Preferred:
Experience with LINQ, Entity Framework, and dependency injection;
Experience with SSRS and ETL processes;
Experience with Agile methodologies;
Experience with web services (SOAP/REST);
Experience with reporting tools and Infinite Campus or similar SIS;
Experience with multi-platform systems;
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business/Management, or related field
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Analyze district functions and requirements, responding to requests and proactively identifying improvement opportunities;
Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain district application systems, including vendor-provided solutions;
Provide data solutions (reports, extracts, dashboards) and work with stakeholders to define optimal approaches;
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including critical or emergency situations;
Plan and coordinate development efforts, track progress, and manage issues throughout the development lifecycle;
Evaluate new technologies and software, making recommendations based on business needs, system compatibility, and resource requirements;
Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to users and peers on system functionality and best practices
