Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter (12 years).
• Experience with Gathering business requirements and translating complex identity resolutions and operational requirements into clear, actionable access paths for client or provider identity for complex analytics (10 years).
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools such as Informatica MDM (10 years).
• Experience explaining technical findings and data limitations in simple, non-technical language to end-users and leadership (8 years).
• Experience with SQL for data identification, data profiling, and manipulation (8 years).
• Experience with Collaborating with end-users and performance analysts or IT internal leaders to create and validate client and member identification strategies for analytics development (8 years).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (8 years).
Preferred:
• Experience with Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse (5 years).
• Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) (5 years).
• Experience with Working in a health and human services or similarly regulated environment, with a strong understanding of agency data domains (4 years).

Responsibilities:
• Work with program areas, project sponsor, and system SMEs to understand member and provider data domains and common data identity issues.
• Explain technical findings and data limitations in simple, non-technical language to end-users.
• Extract, integrate, and analyze member and provider identity data from multiple complex internal and external sources to support analytics needs.
• Collaborate with end-users and performance analysts or IT internal leaders to create visualizations showing member and provider profiles for constantly emerging analytics needs.
• Provide subject matter expertise on validating output from AI, particularly with respect to identifying and mitigating hallucinations.
• Ensure all data identities adhere to agency data standards, data governance, and compliance regulations.
• Champion data identity across the organization by developing and conducting training sessions for non-technical staff.

• Experience with Enterprise Information Management (EIM) best practices (8+ years).
• Experience with Designing and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions (8+ years).
• Experience with Designing and implementing Informatica PowerCenter custom solutions (8+ years).
• Experience with Erwin and ERStudio data modeling tools or equivalent functional toolsets (8+ years).
Preferred:
• Experience with Oracle DBA (5+ years).
• Experience with Installing and configuring Informatica Metadata Manager architecture (5+ years).
• Experience with Architecting Master Data Management (MDM) solutions (5+ years).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement master data solutions for a multi-terabyte Master Data Management (MDM) implementation.
• Develop and implement new MDM capabilities using the Informatica application tool stack in IDMC.
• Work collaboratively with EIM program staff, IT resources, and MDM business analysts to implement new program requirements for mastering critical agency data, identity resolution, trusted attribution, and governed reference data.
• Develop MDM solutions for healthcare provider and managed care member domains using an Informatica tool stack.
• Develop extract/transform/load processes for system data into MDM applications using Oracle, Snowflake, and Informatica tools.
• Develop, test, and maintain enhancements/upgrades to MDM application layers.
• Work closely with EIM data architects, subject matter experts, and system data models to accurately represent as-is and to-be process models involving master data.
