14663 - Security Manager (hybrid) – Tallahassee, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: Onsite and authorized telework. Hybrid schedule – specific onsite days/percentage to be confirmed with the client. Required: IT work experience with a broad range of exposure to all aspects of business (7+ years); Experience managing the development and delivery of IT security standards, best practices, architecture and systems to ensure information system security across the enterprise. Experience implementing processes and methods for auditing and addressing non-compliance to information security standards; facilitating migration of non-compliant environments to compliant environments. Experience conducting studies within and outside the organization to ensure compliance with standards and currency with industry security norms. Experience managing and participating in the planning and implementation of security administration for all IT projects. Experience assisting in the implementation of changes to work methods and procedures to make them more effective or to strengthen security measures. Preferred: Experience with the ARMIS Vulnerability Management Platform. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Manage the development and delivery of IT security standards, best practices, architecture, and systems to ensure enterprise-wide information system security; Implement processes and methods for auditing and addressing non-compliance to information security standards; facilitate migration of non-compliant environments to compliant environments; Conduct compliance studies within and outside the organization to ensure adherence to standards and currency with industry security norms; Manage and participate in the planning and implementation of security administration across all IT projects; Assist in implementing changes to work methods and procedures to improve effectiveness and strengthen security measures; Submit weekly status reports detailing task progress, level of service provided, and projected completion dates; Provide monthly time reports and technical documentation in compliance with client policies, procedures, and technical standards
