Full Stack Developer (Hybrid)

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid at the location listed above (manager will be providing the work days to work onsite).

Required:
• Experience with Computer programming, analysis, and development of complex business processes and system solutions (7 years).
• Experience with Coding, testing, and debugging of programs in development and/or requiring support for issue resolution, performance, or enhancement (7 years).
• Experience with Designing programs and systems logic and preparing program specifications (7 years).
• Highly developed oral and written communications skills (7 years).
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others motivate employee and elicit work output
• Experience with Information Technology industry trends, directions, and market awareness (7 years).
• Experience with Architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant to infrastructure, information, applications, and organizational structure (7 years).
• Experience with Emerging technologies (7 years).
• Experience with Tools, techniques, and practices for protecting the integrity of corporate data and associated processing, technology practices, standards, and procedures (7 years).
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodology (7 years).
• Experience with Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle.

Preferred:
• Experience with Information architecture and information management methodologies (2 years).
• Experience with Existing and planned software technology and global, regional, and local software architecture and infrastructure components (2 years).

Responsibilities:
• Design, code, and modify complex computer programs, subroutines, triggers, stored procedures, objects, classes, and scripts using Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle Database.
• Perform necessary testing of assigned programs, including generation of test data, writing test scripts/execution sequences, examining test results, and debugging detected errors.
• Use current software development methods/techniques and established development standards (programming standards, documentation standards, and testing standards) to ensure quality and maintainability of applications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and system/business requirements.
• Work with trainers, technical support staff, network specialists, and contract staff to perform modifications and/or updates to existing systems or to implement new systems.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve production problems, including analyzing problems, coding, testing, implementing, and training of other technical staff and/or customers.
• Analyze requirements for new applications/enhancements to be implemented in the division.
