Required:
Experience with Medicaid Claims Processing (5+ years);
Experience in business objectives and problems and identifying alternative solutions (5+ years);
Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user requirements, operational procedures, and problems to automate processing and/or improve existing computer systems (5+ years);
Experience in writing detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop and/or modify computer programs (5+ years);
Experience in cost/benefit analysis of systems and alternatives (5+ years);
Experience in analyzing and documenting input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reporting (5+ years);
Experience with Azure DevOps and generation of wireframes (5+ years);
High level of sound logic and analytical ability difficult (5+ years);
Highly developed oral and written communications skills (5+ years);
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others motivates employees and elicits work output (5+ years);
Experience with Information Technology industry trends, directions, and market developments. Experience in relating them to own organization (5+ years);

Responsibilities:
Assist in development of project documentation based on the Client's requirements and development of application online help;
Conduct requirements gathering with non-technical Subject Matter Experts to understand business process needs and program requirements to create Use Cases, flow charts, acceptance criteria, and other documentation needed for system enhancements;
Analyze new and existing business processes to determine how modifications and changes will impact the system;
Serve as a technical expert responsible for working with non-technical and technical stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication is maintained throughout the Software Development Life Cycle;
Ensure that design complies with the Client's standards;
Perform necessary testing of assigned programs, including the generation of test data, writing test scripts/execution sequences, examining test results, and debugging detected errors.
Use current software development methods/techniques and established development standards to ensure the quality and maintainability of applications.
