Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Austin, TX (required);
• Experience with RSA Archer platform architecture, data model, application configuration, and workflow design (5+ years);
• Experience with GRC processes, risk management, compliance frameworks, and security control assurance;
• Experience with RSA Archer solutions including Assessment & Authorization (A&A), Controls Assurance Program Management, Issues Management, and custom Archer applications;
• Experience with REST APIs and web services for integrating Archer with external enterprise platforms;
• Experience with JavaScript and jQuery for client-side customizations within Archer applications;
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration specifications, and implementation plans;
• Experience with change management and release management processes in structured, change-controlled environments;
• Archer Certified Professional (ACP) OR Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator – Expert Certification (required);
Preferred:
• Experience supporting large enterprise or government GRC implementations (10+ years);
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, or regulatory compliance programs (10+ years);
• Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms (10+ years)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Design, implement, configure, and maintain RSA Archer GRC solutions, including Assessment & Authorization, Controls Assurance, Issues Management, and custom Archer applications;
• Perform business and functional requirements gathering and analysis; translate requirements into solution designs, configuration specifications, user stories, and implementation plans;
• Configure and customize Archer applications including questionnaires, forms, workflows, approvals, calculations, access controls, and data feeds;
• Develop and integrate RESTful and web services to enable API connectivity between Archer and external enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ITSM, CMDB, or risk platforms);
• Implement client-side logic, validations, and dynamic behaviors using JavaScript and jQuery within Archer applications;
• Produce and maintain technical documentation covering system design, configuration, integration specifications, testing plans, and change requests;
• Provide troubleshooting, defect resolution, performance optimization, and end-user knowledge transfer for Archer applications.
