Required:
Experience with Business Analysis in the field or related technology field (5+ years).
Preferred:
Experience with Agile project management methodology/practices (5+ years);
Experience with Understanding and documentation of use cases (2+ years);
Experience with Process documentation mapping (2+ years).
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews;
Develop and maintain use case documentation, user stories, and functional specifications to support application and software development efforts;
Create and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, and process maps to support current-state analysis and future-state design;
Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project scope, requirements, and deliverables;
Support Agile project management practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and participation in scrum ceremonies;
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders;
Track and manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all business needs are addressed in the final solution.
