14609 - Project Management Consultant (Onsite) – Miami, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
Experience with planning, coordinating, and completing large-scale, complex, or long-term projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines;
Valid driver’s license (required);
Responsibilities:
Communicate with internal and external customers on project matters;
Oversee assigned contractor workload and safety;
Update internal and external customers on project progress;
Prepare and process required agreements;
Monitor project performance and recommend changes for improvement;
Available for storm travel to assist with restoration of service efforts within and outside of the company service territory;
Perform other job-related duties as assigned;
Responsibilities:
Lead execution of multiple projects in parallel, managing contractor-led delivery and cross-functional coordination to achieve on-time, high-quality results;
Manage vendors and contractors, overseeing schedule compliance, cost control, and work quality at project sites;
Coordinate engineering, operations, and compliance stakeholders to drive project execution and resolve issues;
Proactively manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution;
Maintain clear and consistent project reporting, producing leadership-ready status updates and documentation;
Support budget oversight, contract management, and scope control across assigned projects;
Travel to project sites as required (up to 25%).
