Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience with IT systems analysis, development, and engineering in an online environment (4–6 years)
• Experience with State of Florida IT standards and processes;
• Experience with Microsoft C#.Net, MVC, jQuery, and Responsive Design;
• Experience with Test Driven Design and Unit Testing methodology;
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server;
• Experience with Oracle;
• Experience with Microsoft Azure;
• Experience with Visual Studio 2012 and later;
• Experience with HTML;
• Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile development environments;

Preferred:
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint;
• Experience with Team Foundation Server;

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop and support Internet/Intranet/Extranet sites and supporting systems;
• Collaborate with IT groups and customers to define system design and user interface based on needs and objectives;
• Ensure integration of web servers and all supporting systems;
• Perform system tuning, optimization of data processing, and maintenance of the production environment;
• Recommend best practices in solution architecture and web/internet development;
• Mentor junior developer team members and participate in code reviews;
• Follow Department IT processes and ensure compliance with Department standards.
