14576 – Training & Communications Coordinator (Onsite) – Juno Beach, FL

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience with PowerPoint skills with executive-ready formatting;
• Experience coordinating vendors and onsite logistics;
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams);
• Experience with Confluence and SharePoint;
• Experience with SuccessFactors LMS;
• Experience successfully delivering onsite events and training sessions;
• Experience accurate and timely training publishing in SuccessFactors.
Preferred:
• Experience in large enterprise or matrixed environments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate onsite enterprise events and training sessions, including meetings, workshops, and leadership events, ensuring end‑to‑end execution from initiation through day‑of support;
• Manage all event logistics by coordinating room reservations, AV/IT setup, catering, signage, facilities, and security, while raising and tracking service requests with internal teams and external vendors;
• Administer instructor‑led training within SuccessFactors LMS, including creating and publishing sessions, managing registrations and enrollments, tracking attendance, and maintaining accurate training records;
• Serve as the primary training coordination point of contact, working closely with instructors and vendors to ensure participant readiness, proper room setups, access requirements, and smooth session delivery;
• Develop, format, and maintain high‑quality presentation and communication materials, producing executive‑ready PowerPoint decks and supporting content in alignment with Change Management guidance;
• Publish and manage content across enterprise platforms such as Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and audience‑appropriate presentation;
• Partner with Change Management and Enterprise Marketing & Communications to ensure brand compliance, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished, standards‑aligned communications and learning experiences.
