14567 – Informatica Developer (Hybrid) – Austin, TX

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid work 3 days onsite and 2 days Remote – Mondays and Wednesdays REMOTE and Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays onsite.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
• Experience using Informatica tools including Powercenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer360, Supplier360, Entity360 (10+ years);
• Experience establishing Master Data and Reference data for large organizations. Experience with Informatica MDM is preferred (10+ years);
• Experience implementing data quality rules using Informatica DQ (10+ years).

Preferred:
• Experience working with enterprise scale data sets in Snowflake (4+ years);
• Experience in healthcare or Public Health (2+ years);
• Experience at a state agency (2+ years);
• Experience with Python scripts for automation and interaction with APIs (2+ years);
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a similar field. Equivalent work experience can be substituted. Masters degree or 6+ years experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Understands business objectives and challenges, evaluates alternative solutions, and performs cost‑benefit analyses to recommend effective system and data solutions;
• Analyzes user requirements, workflows, and operational procedures to automate processes or improve existing computer and data systems;
• Collaborates with personnel across organizational units to assess current operations, identify problems, and define input, output, and reporting requirements;
• Documents detailed functional and technical requirements, including user needs, program functions, and steps necessary to develop or modify systems;
• Reviews existing system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling constraints to determine the feasibility of requested enhancements or changes;
• Supports Data Engineering and Data Governance initiatives within the SHARP environment, contributing to master data and reference data efforts;
• Ensures data quality, consistency, and compliance by supporting data governance standards and validation practices.
