14564 – .Net Application Developer (onsite) – Tallahassee, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% onsite at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL. No telecommuting or remote work. Non-negotiable.

Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
- Experience with Microsoft .NET (Visual Studio 2019 or higher) application development using SQL Server RDBMS (7+ years);
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, MVC, WCF, Web API, and Entity Framework (7+ years);
- Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS) for development and release management using multiple code branches (7+ years);
- Experience with SSRS Reports, SSIS, and GrapeCity Active Reports (7+ years);
- Experience with version control, branching, and release management using GitHub/Git/TFS, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (7+ years);
- Experience with role-based security implementation and 3-Tier Architecture solutions (7+ years);
- Experience with Google Maps API and geocoding applications (7+ years);
- Experience with workflow and routing development (7+ years);
- Experience with translating functional specifications into technical specifications (7+ years);
- CJIS Certification (required within 15 days of start);
Preferred:
- Experience with .NET Core (6.0+), ASP Identity Core, Azure AD/B2C, ReactJS, EF Core, and REST API (5+ years);
- Experience with Azure/AWS Cloud Services;
- Experience with the Florida Automated Nutrition System (FANS) Application;
- Experience with the Florida Direct Certification (FDC) Application;
- Experience with the Admin Review (AR) Application;
- Experience with the PartnerBridgeAPI Application;
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Analyze and document business needs of existing software applications to maintain them under a maintenance mode of operation;
- Design, develop, modify, test, implement, and maintain software applications in accordance with Department standards;
- Evaluate software packages, perform application deployment, and modify and debug source code, utilities, and packages;
- Prepare technical documentation for software applications;
- Complete application development tasks for business processes resulting from new business needs and/or legislative changes;
- Collaborate with Department staff in JAD sessions, design/development/testing meetings, and code reviews to understand and validate technical requirements;
- Submit weekly status reports and monthly work logs to the contract manager.
